Your day starts early, an hour and a half before sunrise, to allow ample time for setup. Our guides will provide directions to the boat deployment location at the time of booking. As the sun rises and the ducks begin to move, you’ll experience the excitement of a well-orchestrated hunt. Our guides will set up decoys and use calls to attract various species, providing guidance and support throughout the experience.
Our full guided hunts typically leave the dock 30 minutes before legal shooting time and continue until around 10:00 AM.

Ideal for experienced hunters, our non-guided drop-offs include a blind with decoys set up. We use ground blinds and wood duck blinds with comfortable wooden benches.

Texas weather is unpredictable; it can be windy, rainy, cold, and sometimes extreme, which is beyond our control. Windy conditions, drizzle, and scattered rain showers are not valid reasons for cancellation.
Consultation: We will consult with you before making any decisions to cancel a trip due to stormy weather.
Final Decision: Captain James Sabo ultimately determines the final decision regarding weather cancellations.
