Cancellation Policy

Cancellations significantly affect our business. A last-minute cancellation leaves us little chance of booking the reserved space due to the nature of our operations. For this reason, we have a strict cancellation policy.

Standard Cancellations

  • Up to 14 Days Prior: You may cancel or reschedule your trip up to 14 days before the scheduled date without penalty.
  • Within 14 Days Prior: For cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled trip, a $200 fee will be imposed unless we can reschedule your trip.
  • Guest Replacements: You can replace your guests at any time, but we cannot refund money for no-shows.

Captain's Cancellation Rights

  • Up to 30 Days Prior: Captain James Sabo reserves the right to cancel a trip up to 30 days before your scheduled date.

Weather Cancellations

Texas weather is unpredictable; it can be windy, rainy, cold, and sometimes extreme, which is beyond our control. Windy conditions, drizzle, and scattered rain showers are not valid reasons for cancellation.

  • Consultation: We will consult with you before making any decisions to cancel a trip due to stormy weather.
  • Final Decision: Captain James Sabo ultimately determines the final decision regarding weather cancellations.
  • Options if Canceled: If a weather cancellation occurs, you have the option of rescheduling your trip or obtaining a full refund.
